I had a really great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was very close to Monastiraki square and the famous landmarks such as the Acropolis. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. The basic amenities in the room were well provided for, and I especially liked having a window that overlooked the stairs. The breakfast served was also satisfying and a nice way to start my day.
Everything was fine during my stay.

Although there is room for improvement, overall, everything at this hotel was satisfactory.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time exploring the historic sites and vibrant neighborhoods surrounding our accommodations. We loved being just steps away from impressive monuments and could easily walk to Monastiraki square for shopping and dining options. the room provided a relaxing oasis with clean and comfortable amenities, including a well-functioning air conditioning unit. Our kids were thrilled with the beautiful balcony view of the city!
We wish there was better communication from the front desk during our check-in, as it took a bit longer than expected.

Great Location and Comfortable Bed During our city break, we chose a place that was ideally located for us to explore the city. We were also pleased with how comfortable the bed was. Another advantage was the working air conditioner which was a relief from the hot weather.
False advertisement the pictures of the room we saw online were completely different from what we saw upon our arrival. It was also disappointing to find that there was no reception and no daily cleaning service.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore the city and take in all the holiday sights. The rooms were well-furnished and we especially loved the private terrace. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The WiFi was unreliable and we had difficulty connecting. the noise level in the area was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.
